TicAte WhatsApp is our own SaaS product, built on Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API. It turns the WhatsApp number your customers already message into a shared inbox the whole team answers from – with template broadcasts, no-code chatbots, an AI assistant, catalogues and a CRM sync on top. With Coexistence, businesses keep using the WhatsApp Business app on their phone with the same number.
