If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to a zeocreate app, or shared personal data with zeocreate (Weorex Private Limited), you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Option 1: Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (on Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites).
- Find the zeocreate app and select Remove.
- This stops the app from accessing your account straight away. Then use Option 2 if you also want us to delete the data we already hold.
Option 2: Ask us to delete your data
- Send an email to info@zeocreate.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include your name and the Facebook Page, Instagram account or email/phone number you used with us.
- We will confirm your request and delete your data – including your profile details, connected account IDs, access tokens and any stored content or insights – within 30 days, and email you when it is done.
We may keep a small amount of information only where the law requires it (for example invoices for tax purposes). Content already published on your own Facebook or Instagram account stays there unless you delete it in that app.
