zeocreate is a brand of Weorex Private Limited, 88 Ponmeni Main Road, KK Gardens, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625016, India (“zeocreate”, “we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit zeocreate.com, contact us, use our services, or connect a Facebook or Instagram account to our apps, and how we use and protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name, city and the details of your project when you fill in a form, call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
- Client project information: content, logins and files you share with us so we can build or manage your website, online store, CRM or marketing.
- Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city level) and referring website, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
- Information from Facebook and Instagram: only when you connect your account to our app (see section 4).
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and send quotes.
- To design, build, host, maintain and market websites and online stores for our clients.
- To publish and manage social media content (including Reels and posts) that you or your business ask us to publish.
- To improve our website and measure how our advertising performs.
- To send service updates, invoices and, if you agree, occasional news. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
3. Sharing your information
We share data only with service providers that help us run our business – for example web hosting, email, analytics, payment and messaging providers (such as Google, Meta and WhatsApp) – and only as needed to provide the service. We may also share data when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Facebook and Instagram data (Meta apps)
Our apps use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) APIs so that we can publish and manage content for our own accounts and for clients who connect their accounts. When you log in with Facebook and give permission, we may receive:
- your name, Facebook user ID and profile picture;
- the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you choose to connect, and their names and IDs;
- access tokens that let the app act on those accounts with the permissions you approved;
- the posts, Reels, captions and comments published or managed through the app, and their basic insights (such as reach and views).
We use this data only to publish, schedule and manage the content you ask for and to show you how it performs. We do not use it for any other purpose, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except Meta itself. Access tokens are stored securely and are deleted when you disconnect the app or ask us to delete your data. Our use of Meta data follows the Meta Platform Terms.
You can remove our app at any time in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, or in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. To have your data deleted, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for basic functions, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, though some features may not.
6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for up to 3 years, client project data for as long as we work together plus any period required by law (for example tax records), and Facebook/Instagram data only while your account is connected. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.
7. Security
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls and trusted hosting providers to protect your data. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will inform you if a breach affects you.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time, in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email info@zeocreate.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its “Last updated” date.
