Overview
TicAte ChatIQ is our own website live chat product. One script tag adds the chat to any website; the team answers from a real-time shared inbox and sees who is reading which page right now. Every visitor is captured as a contact, and when it is paired with TicAte CRM or TicAte WhatsApp the visitor arrives with their history already beside them.
