These Terms and Conditions apply to zeocreate.com and to the services of zeocreate, a brand of Weorex Private Limited, 88 Ponmeni Main Road, KK Gardens, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625016, India (“zeocreate”, “we”, “us”). By using our website, our apps or our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide website design and development, online stores, hosting and maintenance, search engine optimization, social media content and management, and related digital services. The exact scope, price and timeline of each project are set out in the quote or proposal we send you.
2. Quotes and payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Work starts after you accept the quote and pay the advance shown in it.
- The balance is due as set out in the quote, usually before the website goes live or files are handed over.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated; applicable taxes are added to the invoice.
- Renewals such as hosting, domains and maintenance are billed in advance; services may be paused if renewals are not paid.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, logins, approvals and feedback on time; delays on your side may move the delivery date.
- Make sure you own or have permission to use any text, images, logos or other material you give us.
- Do not use our services or apps for anything illegal, misleading, harmful or against the rules of the platforms involved (such as Meta, Google or WhatsApp).
4. Revisions and changes
Each quote includes a set number of revision rounds. Extra changes or new features outside the agreed scope are quoted and billed separately.
5. Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content made for you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software remain under their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Social media and Meta apps
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account to our app, you allow us to publish and manage content on that account as you request. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of Facebook and Instagram is also subject to Meta’s own terms. How we handle data from these accounts is explained in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask for deletion on our Data Deletion page.
7. Refunds and cancellation
If you cancel a project, the advance covers work already done and is generally not refundable. Any refund for unused work is decided case by case and agreed in writing. Domain and third-party purchases made for you cannot be refunded.
8. Limitation of liability
We take care to deliver reliable work, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, sales or uninterrupted service from third-party platforms and hosts. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the previous 12 months.
9. Website use
The content of zeocreate.com is for general information. You may not copy, misuse or try to break the website. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Ongoing projects follow the terms in force when the quote was accepted.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
